RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Free in-store returns and exchanges
Return or exchange your items free at any of our Manning Shoes Stores within 14 days of purchase. If your return is due to change of mind, then just make sure your item is unworn, in the original shoe box and in a saleable condition.

Return by mail
You will need to cover the cost of returns and exchanges by mail, however if the item is for an exchange, we will happily post your replacement back Free of Charge.

We may decline your refund or exchange if your items are worn, marked or damaged and not in line with the way they were sent.

You’ll find a ‘returns form’ in the box, simply fill out the form and enclose with your return items. We recommend returning your items using a trackable service as we cannot take responsibility of items missing in transit.

If you request a refund, you will be refunded via the same payment method in which your order was placed.

If you request an exchange, please note on the ‘returns form’ your replacement items and we’ll process the exchange and dispatch the items immediately and notify of your new tracking details.

If it’s not in stock, we will contact you via email and process a refund back to your account. Please check that your replacement is in stock on our website, otherwise we can’t promise your exchange will be available.

Faulty Goods
For all faulty goods, please forward an email to sales@manningshoes.com.au with details of the fault and a minimum of 2 images. Alternatively you can call us on (02) 6552 1177, to discuss.
